[Resolved]  Micromax — Faulty Handset

Hi,
My name Rohit Gulati,I have purchase Micromax a60 mobile last month since then I am facing problem with the phone, I notice that the battery does not hold the charge and the camera of the phone does not work some time and I also get a error message sd card not found, I went to Micromax mobile service center they told me that headset is faulty and it will take 10 to 15 days to repair it or you can return this phone back to the shopkeeper and get a new,I went to shopkeeper from where I bought this mobile,they told me it will take 15 to 20 days to get replacement mobile, I decided to return the faulty handset and get a new one, after 20 days last week I got replacement mobile still I am facing the same problem battery of the phone does not hold the charge, I have to charge my phone after every 4 hours,camara of the phone does not work and some time phone turns off automatically I was told that you have to submit your phone at the service station for repair and it will take 8 to 10 days for repair,after 12 days I got my phone back after repair still I am facing the same problem, I was fud up with the phone I went to shopkeeper to return phone to get my money refunded which I have paid, he told me that micomax will not take mobile back and refund your money.
It is very frustrating to have a mobile phone which is not working,I wrote a letter to Micromax company but got no satisfactory response and I have also called their customer service no they want me to again submit phone at their service station for repair, that is why now I have decided to register a formal complaint against micromax mobile for their poor quality products and customer service now I don’t want to use Micromax mobile I want my money back which I have paid..
Your early action will me highly appreciated.

Micromax — Sold faulty Handset Not Customer Service

Purchased Micormax Mobile Q55 on 6/12/2010.

m_imei no: [protected]xxxx.
s_imei no: [protected]xxxx.
s/n : TINQ[protected]

bill no : 18909


Handset started showing weak signal and poor voice quality on 7/12/2010.

Went to Micomax Care Huda Complex,Rohtak (Haryana)Office to get it repair with Service repair number.1421811.


Service center took the pop photocopy and took the handset after 2 hours they told me that set can not be repaired and returned the DEAD handset.

They told me that return to the dealer from where you have purchased.
Dealer told that only service repair will return the handset.
4800 Rs. Fraud . No one is taking responsibility of repairing or replacing the handset.

Low network problem ended up in DEAD handset. Please let me know how can handset be replaced as there is only one service center in city which says it can not repair a handset in warranty with just purchased 1 month back.(This seems to be a big fraud.)

Micromax senior management please help.

A210 micromax in service enter dani industries Vasai west thane from first week of March not able to find the solution.

I would like to bring to your notice that I have purchased this Micromax mobile model A106 untie 2 on 06.09.2014. IMEI [protected], [protected]
Now within 1 month my handset is creating below problems.
1.) Memory loss in phone storage (0.89mb). Suddenly memory was showing as (0.70mb) only. I took this phone to nearby service center. They formatted my phone and all my data was lost.
2.) WIFI problem. Wifi is not connecting. I took to service center and they said some software issue is there and they rectify the problem. Now again after 3 days same problem my wifi is not connecting.
3.) After I gave my handset to service center for above problems I don’t know what they did to my battery now my battery is draining very fast.

Comeon apart from Micromax I m using Samsung and nokia too. But I never came such problems.

It’s my humble request to pls arrange the replacement for the same.

Looking forward for your immediate response in the matter.

I bought Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 (Product no : A102) from Reliance Retail Limited, Thrissur. Unfortunately your product has not performed well due to its malfunctions. I'm completely disappointed because your product does not even work properly at least for a month. Before a couple of week, I have gone to Micromax service center, Thrissur and submitted my handset. After a week, they returned me the handset with same faulty conditions. When I contacted them again they told me that they are unable to identify the reason for faults.

Currently the problems are :-
(1) Power Off
(2) Main Camera & Front Camera
(3) LCD/Display
(4) Touch
(5) Speaker
(6) Ringer
(7) Incoming/Outgoing voice

SInce I have a 1 year warranty, I would appreciate your replacement of this handset. I look forward to your resolution for my problem and will wait for a couple of weeks before seeking help from consumer protection agency. Please contact me for further details
