[Resolved]  Micromax Q3 — alpha num keys not working in some java applications

i have downloaded and installed a concise oxford dictionary in my mobile. but i could not type any word in the search pane provided in the software.shortly,keypad is not working. but the software is finely working in other phones belonging to different companies. expecting a solution and support from the company....
