i have puchased a Micromax Q3 before one month...i am trying to start internet service on my mobile but it is not working always shows a msg that "Connection is failed"....I have called so many times on Customer care of micromax but they disconnect my phone line by saying that talk with your service provider .......
please sir do something as soon as possible.

i have purchased micromwx Q3 at tha end of march.
My phone started hanging from the next day. On going back to shop and told my problem, he said you have to go to micromax care center. On going there they said it is not any problem. They do not make it perfect and that day till now it happened many times and nimbuzz is not working even gprs is installed.
Can you help me to get me my phone repaired.
I m very upset.
Plz sort me out off this problem.
