[Resolved] Micromax Q3 — Poor after sales service | |||
I had purchased a black Micromax mobile q3 IMEI no [protected] on 14th Feb, 2010 from Sundha Electronics Mapusa, Goa for Rs 4200. On 12th November, I went to the shop as my mobile was not charging as the charging pin on the phone seemed to be damaged. I had checked with a local mobile shop who said that they could repair it for Rs 200 and it would take a day, but to send it to the micromax service centre as it was under warranty. The shop keeper at Sundha ([protected]) said that he would send it to the company but it will not be covered by warranty as the part seemed damaged. I have not damaged the part, but it has come to this condition by regular use (charging) in a matter of 7 months itself. He promised that I will get it in 3 days time. Its been 13 days now and I have been calling them up nearly everyday to find out about my mobile as it is causing me a lot of inconvinience. I am informed everytime to call up the next day, and then after 3 days and then after a week. Today he tells me that the office is closed, call up tomorrow. Is this the kind of after sales service that Micromax offers? I have gone through a lot of inconvinience as well as wasted a lot of money on call everyday to inquire about my mobile.
