[Resolved] Micromax Q35 — poor service | |||
this my 4 complaints,MICROMAX Q35 service is very very. all my complaints are vigorous. i bought a "Micromax Q35" model at the same day i face some problem then i approach the service centre on my jobsheet no. "S[protected]", T-Nagar, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India my mobile problem is "INSERT SIM CARD, HEADSET HACK SHOW PLUG IN & PLUG OUT, BATTERY BACKUP PROBLEM" my job sheet dated is 12/08/2011, but till date they are not answering clearly. i wait for more than 50 days, they says to "sir please come to next week" what can i do? kindly make some other alteration to correct way. 30 days back i already launch the 3 complaints, this is my 4th complaints letter. that type o[censored] r approach is creating some bad ideas, my scanned copy copy of job card and bill copy is sent to "Micromax <[protected]@micromaxinfo.com>;" this mail id on 06/10/2011 but till date no use Was this information helpful? | |||
