[Resolved]  Micromax Q5 — Mobile Becane Idle after purchasing of 9 days

Dear Sir,

I have purched a mobel model Q5, on 20th June 2010. and my cell became Idle on 29 June 2010, I have sent this mobile into your service centre Noida, Sector-18, on 30 June 2010.
After several telephonic converseason and personely ontect with your service centre, I hae not got any responce yet.
So i request you to please give me new one set or refund my money with in seven days.
Further pls note that if i will not get my claim then i will lodge a complain in consumer court and all the expences goes and it with born by you.
