Complaint for MicroMAx Mobile.... BAd SERVICE OF MICROMAX MOBILES..... i have purchase new Micromax mobile on date of 07/02/2010...nd this mobile working very good for 2 or 3 months,bt after 2 or 3 months this mobile camera had going to b hanging problem,nd i m going to this srevice center,nd they had mobile under our custody,bt service center had said this mobile camera had broken inside..nd they all claim to us,they said we hv broken our mobile camera... so plz suggest me for this complaint..... i m very upset for micromax mobiles....so plz solve my problem as soon as possible....rather then i hv complaint file in consumer court nd i will finaly sue u......its my request to u...plz solve my problem....... i m unsatisfied customerof micromax Q5fb.i have purchased micromax q5fb last month from surendranagar in gujrat.my micromax q5fb ime no is :[[protected]] it's register to name of sanjay m sindhav. the set is defective and having lots of problem like a keypad not working haedset plug is not working when the become i have to call someone i have do handfree mobile when i talk with someone, battery down&main problem is micromax q5fb is not supprt with my note_book pc when i attach q5fbwith my pc.this mobile cannot work with my pc.i have contact micromax servise center in amdabad for warranty servise but tey refused to do.
i m really disappointed after using you micromax q5fb. i ded a great mistake by buying this mobile and also reffered my friend and relative not to buy any micromax phone because your is very very poor.
please let let me know whom should i speak to incase i need a better servise.

two days ago i bought a micromax mobile when i insert head set from that time it is in that profile it is not changed until now i[censored] send me the pin for restore factory settings i will make it useful for me my mobile numberis [protected]
