Micromax Q5 — non availability of Mobile Service Centre in Kolkata | |||
Sir I was purchase one Micromax Q 5 model from Planet Showroom from Tollygunge area in Kolkata City on 06/05/2010 with Guarantee card but my hand set properly not working. i was approach to Customer service center Maniktala and Behala but they reply they are being not provided customer service due to poor response and low category manufacture of software. pl solicit instruction for onward submission to consumer court Was this information helpful? | |||
