my handset is not working properly and after many complaints i am not geting any response.
I am very upset with the kinds of services rendered by micromax,and i want strict action to be taken aganist the employees of micromax.
I will be highly oblidged to u i[censored] do the favour to me by renuing my phone.

Hai this is Mahesh, and i brought a micromax q5fb on August 2, 2010 but now my mobile is giving a problem in rendering the trackball. Your micromax employees are not taking care of the customers on behalf they are not maintaining the customer attention for the service to be provided for the customer to their need, i am really not satisfied by your services. I want to say that please take action like that employees and keep micromax mobiles in a good position.

Jagdeesh is saying true... all the micromax employees are very careless towards the customer satisfaction. I have also bought Micromax Q5fb. I am facing same problem.
