[Resolved]  Micromax Q5fb — trackball

I am selvaraj i bought micromax q5fb cell phone 3 month ago from poorvika mobile after 1 month i got a problem tracball not worked properly and i send to the service centre in erode they took time 20 days and i got the handset without trackball problem after 2days back i found another problem the audio player has not working song by song continusly i vexed and toller that but today i got a same problem trackball what can i do?who will solve that problem?

my father purchase a new q5 mobile on 15.06.2010 bill no.277 from parul mobile center, nai mandi hospital road ,hanumangarh town IMEI No. [protected] (P) [protected] (S)
after a short period it had a track ball problem then i go to service center at town madhur mobile colledge phatak hanumangarh town, they give me a customer job card no.422812 dated 28.08.2010
i am really surprised by viewing that after too many rounds and too many calls i not reicieved my mobile back repaired. till today my set is not
repaired or replaced
they said we send it to jaipur and set yet not recieved.
i am very surprised by micromax service a customer purchase a mobile for his facility not for a mental trouble
i sent this mail to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com, [protected]@micromaxinfo.com, pankaj.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com
after that service center give me a DO letter on dated 12.10.2010 no.92904
they said your set not recieved but i create a DO letter please go to micromax distributor and they give you a new mobile.
later i go to distributor kharati lal mahender mohan , sabji mandi , hanumangarh town. they said to come on monday 18.10.2010
but when i go there they said your set is not recieved to me so i cannot replace it or give you a new mobile . please take your old mobile from service center and i will replace it. i go to service center. they said they do there work properly. do not come to us again and again . our duty is closed you may go to distributor or do whatsoever.
please help me i am suffring from mental trouble, please help me

i purchased micromax q5fb mobile before a couple of months and within a month its track ball become my great headache. I went to its service station situated at Suneja Tower II, Janak Puri District Center. I got myself in a very hectic situation after loosing my 2 hours in service station that We have no trackball stock please contact after a week. OK. After a weak when I meet to concern person (a lady) she told me, track balls are still out of stock please contact after two week. (What a great answer) Is really micro max not able to supply its spare parts to their service centers or the company wait to lapse of its warranty period??? and I feel this company is cheating people barely.

Hai this is Mahesh. I brought Micromaxq5fb mobile from Big C on August 2, 2010. Now the problem is my trackball in not working properly. From whom i can solve the problem this one. Please give me the nearest place to Paradise. I hope you will help the customer as soon as possible.
still i have not got reply from any of your service. My track ball is giving more problems please help me.
