[Resolved]  Micromax Q6 — No response of service center

I have ordered Micromax Q6 baterry in Prince Communication at Lalbagh Lucknow.at 06/Dec/2011...they told me to battry 'll come at 15/Dec/2011.
But when i contact by call n confirm that battery come or not...but again they said confirm at 22/Dec/2011 but till now i have no response from service center...
VERY BAD SERVICE CENTER..
