Micromax Q7 — No Repair/No Replacement

Hello!Sir/Madam
I bought a Micromax Mobile set Q7 on 18-sept-2010.
On 8-sept-2011, my scroll is not working.I went to one of the Service Centre
Micromax Chekpoint in Manimajra, Chandigarh on 08/09/11, one of the Service
engineer said your motherboard become defected.
They said that your set will be repaired within 7-10 days.
Today 2 Months are passed out but my set was not repaired.
They made excuses.
I submitted an another complaint at customer care center no.[protected], they are also not able to answer for the same.
