Micromax Q75 — Manufacturing defect | |||
Hi, I've brought a Micromax Q75 2 days back. Just after my first call i made from the handset, i discovered the mic of the handset is not working. I went to the shop i brought it (Sangeetha); those guys refused to replace the set and directed me to the service center. I don't understand if there is a manufacturing defect, then why did not the dealers get it replaced? Was this information helpful? | |||
