It is worst case of customer service in the history of electronics manufacturing industry. Some flaws are visible such as lack of co-ordination between two teams. For example, when i submitted my faulty handset model Bolt A51 they assured me to deliver the handset back to me after 7 days. Due to my busy schedule, i visited the store after one month. And, it was a horrible experience. On asking for the return, i got different versions of technical issues from each member of the technical. It seemed as if they were trying me to put me on hold so that they can find the real problem. On getting dissatisfied with their technical issues, i demanded my phone back but they lost the device in their cluttered store. It was horrible and made me regret my decision of going with an Indian mobile making phone.
After an hour long altercation, they assured me to give my phone back after two days. I am sure that they will not be able to find the issue in my handset and not even my handset. It seems they have sold my handset to someone else. It is ridiculous. Was this information helpful? |
