This is Lokesh goyal mailing from delhi, I submitted a funbook alpha p250 for changing of touch broken in warranty period on 17/10/2012 vide jobsheet no. SALDL025R3583 to inder infocare, district centre, janakpuri, new delhi. They said u will get the tablet within 10-15 days but till now I havn't received the same. I called them and visited there but not responding the correct path when i will get the tablet. They said it is depend upon the HO to arrange the parts asap.
Then I called the HO and lodged a complaint on 25th of october vide complaint no. [protected] they replied it is depend upon the service center when they can arrange the same.
pls look into the matter on top priority basis and revert soon asap.
