Micromax X2i — Handset not working properly | |
I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 26-08-09 from The Mobile Shop, Santacruz (east), Mumbai. It isnot working properly since[protected]. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company. In the micromax X2i booklet, 1 year waranty period is mentioned. Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |

micromax x2i — it is not properly working
HelloSir,
i had purchased micro-max mobile model no x2i 4 month ago. But it was not working properly. Within one week of purchasing the mobile is not working, so i make complaint to micromax customer service center Ludhiana,but still from three months the service center man is not even responding to my complaint and even not pick up the call when i tried to call him lot of times.
