I beg to state that I Alok Sahoo, I am purchasing Micro Max X360 mobile dated 17.01.2010 for Rs.3900/- through BABA Communication, Gandhi Chowk, Brajrajnagar, Dist: Jharsuguda (Orissa).

My mobile's Headphone is not working since last 2 months. but my complaint is not responding in above Shop.

So, Please look into the matter and take a necessary action and oblige.
