[Resolved] Micromax X510 — touchpad | |||
(Anand vishwakarma), purchased a micromax X510 pike mobile in the month of may 2011.After one month the touch and keypad was not working,I have been contacted the service center in roxy cinema ,gwalior ,they said we dont have stock try in other centers,i do the same but answer was same.after one month i deposited my handset at gwalior service center(Job sheet no.2322186).they said it will be repaired by one week.after one week i contacted them they said wait for some more days,they are simply saying company is not sending the parts so we cant do anything.such a irresponsible answer from service center and Micromax head office too.Micromax call center people said handset will be delivered in a week,but it was not done till today(31/10/2011) If a company holds handset like this for 3-4 months,what is the use of mobile.Please take necessary action about this.
