MY NAME IS NARENDRA SHASHIKANT GAIKWAD,FROM PUNE I PURCHASED MOBILE PHONE FROM TELEPHONE SHOPEE OF MICROMAX COMPANY (MICROMAX X600 GRAVITY) DATED 14 FEB.,2010. THAT MY MOBILE SCREEN IS CRACK AND FOR THE SAME REPAIRING I WAS INQUIRE TO CUSTOMER CARE OF MICROMAX AND THEY ARE SUGGEST ME TO VISIT THERE SERVICE CENTER WHICH IS KNOWN AS MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER,OPP MORDEN COLLEGE, SITUATED AT JUNGLE MAHARAJ ROAD (J.M.ROAD). I VISIT SERVICE CENTER DATED 25 DEC.,2011 NEAR ABOUT 3:45 PM. THAT THE CHANGING OF SCREEN CHARGES I WAS ALREADY INQUIRED IS Rs. 970/- BUT THE FELLOW WHO IS STANDING COUNTER IS DEMANDING Rs. 2100/- FROM ME. THAT HE ALSO INQUIRED ABOUT MY BILL AND WARRANTY CARD I WAS GIVE IT TO HIM BUT I TOLD HIM THAT THE CHARGES IS Rs.970/-BUT HE ANGRY ON ME AND ASKED THAT THE SCREEN IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH THEM. THEN I ASKED ABOUT MY BILL AND WARRANTY BUT HE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. I AGAIN REQUEST HIM FOR BILL AND WARRANTY BUT THAT FELLOW NOT GIVE MY BILL AS WELL AS WARRANTY CARD. THAT THEY HAVE ARROGANT IN BODY AS WELL AS TALKING LANGUAGE. THAT THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE COMPANY POLICY THAT THEY ARE DEMANDING MORE MONEY FROM CUSTOMER AND IF CUSTOMER IS TRY TO RESCUE THEY WERE TRYING TO HARASS THE CUSTOMER AND CREAT THE PROBLEM FOR CUSTOMER. WHETHER THEY WERE IN REAL POSITION TO REPRESENT THE COMPANY. THAT THE POLICY OF COMPANY OR SERVICE CENTER. THAT I AM NOT SATISFIED THE SERVICE AS WELL AS I HAVE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE FELLOW WHO ATTEND ME AND NOT GIVING ME MY BILL AND WARRANTY CARD. Was this information helpful? |
