my wife bought me my acer aspire 5741-A.wich runs on windows7.wich is a microsoft programe.for my 40th bithday .she bought it 18 september and got it up and running for my birthday.october4th.we had no end of trouble with it.so we took it to pc world.and they put it back to factory settings and at the same time we purchested office home and student2010 product key card wich pc worlddownloaded for us.we payed them for doing so.we paiyed £89.99p for offic home and student2010 it was end of november begining of december.but the problem persisted.so on december18th argos where we bought the notebook/laptop they exchanged it for a new one so when i got home and reput in the product key in i thought it was ok.but it only gave me it for a month and said the product key had been used toomeney times so i phoned up microsoft and explained that it was not my fault but that the computer wich i took back to the store where i bought it from would not do any updates. it was like the programe had somthing missing wich would not update anything to do with microsoft .so as it was not my fault i asked seeing i havent had office home and student2010 long atall and it wasent any fault of my own that you would be so kined and redownload it back on this notebook and the person from microsoft said no and i dont think that that is fair so can you recomsidder as it is not as if i am trying to download it for anyone elsand it did costr £89.99 that is not cheap i had it for my childerens homework .he said that if my notebook crashed that i would have lost it anyway.and that is not fair so i am asking you to have some compashion and give me it back many thanks shaun hill my email adderess is [protected]@btinternet.com i look forward to hear from you.
