[Resolved] Microsoft — Mobile handset | |||
I have purchased a micrsoft lumia 540 handset through snapdeal under invoice number s1b7d8/16-17/142 dtd 27th jan 2017. The handset is received at my place of residenace on 03rd feb 2017. After opening the pack i found that the display of the involved handset is defunct as such i am unable to put the handset in use, i have contacted snapdeal but failed to receive response from them. Hence i am mailing my grivance to you with a request either to replace the handset or arrange for refund. Wishing favourable consideration.
