I am a computer science engineer so try to accept what I say regarding this complaint. If you are not satisfied go ahead and lodge an official complaint.
What you received is called SPAM, many people send it to see if your email account is active or not. Your mail might have a link in that, the moment u click on that, the sender knows ur mail is active and he ll send u more mails like that. With those spams will be viruses, trojan horses and worms which might later try to steal your online identity.
In the end u might lose ur personal online details like ur passwords etc instead of winning a million.
I really wish u win this but had this been true, I would be richer than Bill Gates.
Sunny.
In case u need more information on virus, worms and trojan horse try www.wikipedia.com
