[Resolved] Microtek Inverters — inverter is not working

Hi, i am looking for complaint forum for microtek inverter which i have bought approx one month before and conntinously facing problem with that. i have put my complaint thrice to complaint no[protected] and the latest one 33056. last time one tecnician comes and didnt touch anything explaining that it is outdated and out of waaranty period. i also have bill . if some body can help me then please tell me the way how can i get rid of problem.somehow it causes some negative feedback for such a reputed company Was this information helpful? hey thx a lot man i was looking for to take a inverter. My friend very recently bought the same company inverter i was also planning to take the same but after looking at the complaints i drop taking microtek inverter. even if i hava no power ill manage but faulty and no service product people will never take.
Once again thank you very much and as far as your problem my friend i[censored] have purchased any product and if it is in warranty and no service is provided then u have consumer courts. submit ur appeal there and specify the complaints given by ur complaint numbers. further the court will take care of the company(i mean they will do the needfull) by making it replaced with a new one or working one and also will help u get some % of money from the company side.
