I do know that manashosting place their sites on different servers but maybe I have been the lucky one. In 8 months I can't recall any downtime and I've certainly had no complaints from visitors trying to access my site. Considering the low price that manashosting sell their services for, it is hard to think where I would get a better offer than the one I am getting now. This means that I wont be going anywhere in the foreseeable future.

Recently, 12 days back I have booked 11 domains and 10 webspace package from Manas Hosting. Pre sales they said it takes 24 Hours, after sales I came perate Technical Cento know, it exactly took 9 days after payment was credited to their account and that too I have to prove them by getting the letter for the same from PayPal, the company through which my Debit Card was charged.
Now, so called "Technical Service Centre" which is located in bangalore, has no technicians to answer the call, instead they say to raise stupid tickets.
Answers give to the raised ticket says "it can be done simply", but no steps are told how to do that.
I have wasted a bull- of 14000/- with these FRAUD PEOPLE.
today Aug 04, 2010, I am waiting for their reply to my ticket for the package purchased on July 21, 2010.
THEIR TEAMS SALES & BILLING HAS NO CO-ORDINATION WITH EACH OTHER.
EXECUTIVES DONT COME OVER PHONE, THEY ARE MUCH MORE BUSIER THAN BILL GATES, AMBANIS, TATAS, BIRLAS, etc.
THEY DISCONNECT THE CALL AFTER THEIR RUDE BEHAVIOR AND MOREOVER THEY DONT HAVE TIME, JUST A ANSWER RAISE TICKET !!!
