The above nos.(Sr. No: 8002162T) is giving problem. We purchased from Kool Services: 3079, Bhandup Ind. Estate, LBS Marg, Bhandup (W), Mumbai - 78. Tel:[protected]
When checked from Kool Services, they said PCB has short. Our Machine is under 5 yrs warranty. Being your premium customer, we request that you will look into the matter and rectify our split AC

from DSS enterprises, on 5th may 2013, from that day to till day i am not at all satisfied with this unit, as its not working properly, i have discussed several times but every time your engineer came and said there is some gas problem, some says there is vacuume problem, means many engineers many problem, no one came up with proper solution.
then i spoke to Mr divender, he said he will pic this unit and see to it, i have send this unit to company, as per Mr Divender there is some moisture problem, he said he will vaccumise it and then it will be fine but still after that i am facing the same problem its not cooling properly as it should be.
this shows your engineers are not at all professional and untrained and they are not able to understand the exact problem.
in india (delhi) there is rainy season and the temperature is almost 20-25 degrees, still its not cooling .
kindly request you to please look this matter seriously and change this unit asap.

Yes, I agree no service after sales nobody take responsibility for service. I think I will advice for other A.C. I have 18 A.C but now.I also think for other for my new project.

I purchased Mitsubishi heavy industry air conditioner on 8th June 2014. It started giving problem after a month as it's gas leaked. It was used only for two and a half months last year. This year again it is not working properly. Probably outdoor unit has a fault (compressor). Now today ie.10th June 2015 the warranty is finished. Total the AC has been used only for 4 months and now we have to pay them for service and repair. What can be done now? Shall we have to pay uselessly for this defective device.?

We have purchased one split AC from Lunia & Company, Bikaner, Raj. when we have opened the cartoon of outdoor system then we finded that the gas and oil were already leaking. It is not producing cool air and not cooling room.
I purchased Mitsubishi(Heavy Ind) Inverter AC in June 2014 in Surat. Suddenly in August 2015, after 13 months, AC stop working. I handed over the matter to Surat authorised service center. They visited several times, took the inside unit and outside unit PCB & did lot of research, finally after 45 days of long service time, declared that outer unit PCB is not working hence you need to pay 14000 rupees for new PCB.
The irony is that i bought AC in 50, 000 rupees and they are asking for 14, 000 rupees for repairing charges which is 30 % cost !!! Can you think any AC give you such trouble !
My clear view is
1) Very very poor service : Service is too lethargic, they never call you. Every time you have to follow up. They don’t have proper person to repair the Ac. My AC took almost 45 days to repair & still I am waiting to start. They just gave me discount on PCB to 10700 rupees. For that I called their Delhi Office(International Aircon) Mr. Shailendra to resolve the matter. Local service center is useless, you have to call higher authority to resolve the matter.
2) Product is having very poor quality. Can you think, after paying 50000 rupees, after 13 months, 10700 rupees is the repairing cost !! My Sharp AC is working since last 6 years at home without any problem.
3) All the people in service center looks like bunch of Monkey. They never listen, never see and never speck to customer unless and until you shout.
My recommendation : Don’t buy Mitsubishi(heavy Ind) Inverter AC.

Hi... i have bought mitsubishi heavy duty ac 2tons 2 months ago from hyderabad, now the water comes from the indoor, no proper response from any one.. neither the dealer nor the person who installed and the big problem im facing is swing is oscillating up and down, i have do it by myself... spending 48000 and ur not getting a simple issue solved...?? It is true my ac same as problems
mistubishi heavy ind. is very bad company it dosent orovide complain no. i purchase 1.5 split ac and water is leaked in indoor unit i give no soluition to this prob. to dealer as well as company i cant never purchase mitubishi comany products.

It was told that SANDIP SALES & SERVICE is dealer of Mitsubishi Heavy. It was also told that for installation around Rs.3, 000/- will have to pay, although there is no written document. Now, SANDIP SALES & SERVICE[protected], 10A Southern Avenue, Kolkata-700026 have claimed Rs.12, 700/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred) as installation charges for copper pipe, water pipe & bracket although no bill has been submitted. I do not know whether company provides copper price or not but SANDIP SALES & SERVICE[protected] has put me in wrong foot by not intimating me earlier. It brings a bad name to company's reputation. I hope you will look into the matter and suggest me as to what I shall do.

I have purchased Mitsubishi 1.5 ton ac from y.k electronic Ludhiana(Punjab). the result was good, but suddenly ac was not working proper. I called service center, the took the part of my ac. Nd came after 2 hrs by saying the have replaced by new, nd old part is destroyed. But the part was old only. I noted series no.. Then the said the wll put new part.. But frm 6 days they are nt coming. I am daily calling.. But they are nt coming. I would never prefer ac o[censored]r company
