[Resolved]  MOBILE BILL — Hard copy of the bill not received

Dear Sir,
Since 14/11/09 i have been following up with Idea Cellular for my monthly mobile bill, they are charging money for sending me the Itemized bills buts in spite of so many phone calls, and chain of mails to them i have still not received the bills. Every time i contact them new executive come online and give their false commitment.

I really don't know how to handle the issue as i want the hard copies of the bills to claim the money from my company.

MOBILE BILL — Paper bill

This is regarding my late payment for idea connection which I am using for more than 2 years. I understand and I know that you are not the concerened person for this, but I am sure that you will help me out. My name is Azmi Firoz and I am residing in east delhi. From last few months I was passing through a bad time with my family and job as well. As I am now working in a good company. My issue is that from last one week a third party from your side is troubling my family and me. As I asked them to give me three days still I recieved a call from court which states that I have to do the payments by tommorow unless you have to face the circumstances. as well as your third party still buzzing my friends and my relatives and asking them for my number which I have already told the operater. Yesterday your third party threaten my family saying that if i didnt pay the bill, they will take some stuff from my place. Now you tell me this is the way yo understand my situation? I didnt told them that I will not make the payments still they are on with their threats. You can also see my previous bills which were 10k, 5k, 3k, but i always made the payments on time. Can you please forward me the concerned person's number so that I can have a word with him please. Please dont ignore this mail. My family cant take it anymore so please help me. and Its a limit of something that your guys have crossed. They have called on my relatives number and told them tha I am fraud and burggler. Please insure that I AZMI Firoz will not make the payments as I was calm to every of your caller. But now you have crossed the limits. I am recieving calls from my relatives stating that they are recieving the threat calls from your side. I have the numbers and I am sending you the numbers also I have the records of the calls.

You can see my previous records earlier that I have made the payments whatever it is. But This time your people have crossed the limits. Due to which my mom and dad who came from Saudi Arabia getting so tensed coz of this reason. You guys have made this thing such a big issue that all of my relatives are pointing finger on my character. I am not a FRAUD. Just see what kind of language you guys have spoken to my sister, my aunt, my cusins... I will make the payments but for sure change the network after this. Including five five numbers of my cusins. I am so upset with your service. I am really upset. Thank you so much. But I will not leave those guys whose numbers as well as the recording which I have. I will not let them go. As I have already made the complaint of these numbers in cunsumer cell. I will not let them go so easily.

Dear Officer,

I would appreciate your advise on my case with idea cellular.

I got an idea connection by paying a 500 Rs security deposit. The idea personal assured me that if I continue with the connection my 500 Rs will be given back to me every month starting third month as 100 Rs. If I cancel my connection that the security deposit would be returned.

Problem: Idea took lot of time around 20 days to activate my connection due to miscommunication between there representative. I complained Idea customer care and asked them to close the request as I am fedup chasing there people. Finally I got some call back on phone from Idea and they assured me that my account can be closed and security deposit can only be returned when I continue and complete one month. On the next day my connection was established. I have full email communication on this.

Anyway, as I was already upset with idea, after the month I again called them & asked them to close my account. Although they have taken the closer request but started asking for Rs 1072 outstanding bill. I told them that agreed I can only pay 572 Rs after deducting Rs 500. They didnt confirm that on email. Anyway, I paid Rs 572.

Still I am constantly getting threat calls from idea (some third agency) saying that they are registering case against me in some court in Delhi if I dont pay the pending amount of Rs 500 and then the matter would be transferred to local poice station. Earlier I got threat from them that they will come to my house and take away my belongings etc.

Pls note that I have not received any threat/posting to me on my email address !

Please advise what should I do.

But few days back we got vodofone bill,598/- i shocked and call again to customer care he told me its now actived so pls suggest to me why should i pay outstanind amount,

If you have details of your conversation with Vodafone representative such as Name of the representative, what time you had made a call and reference number... then please write email to customer care and if required to nodal officer
