Internet Plan not being activated

Hi.On 24th Feb I was offered a 2 GB internet plan for Rs.99/- & was promised will be activated in 2-4 hrs.An incorrect plan for Rs.399/- was activated instead and that too after 3 days of the promised date leading to a charge of Rs.300/- extra for the line rental & Rs.300/- usage charges for those 3 days.Which after loads of complaints to Vodafone they agreed to reverse & was gave me a written commitment on 6th April that 2 GB...

Hard copy of the bill not received

Dear Sir,
Since 14/11/09 i have been following up with Idea Cellular for my monthly mobile bill, they are charging money for sending me the Itemized bills buts in spite of so many phone calls, and chain of mails to them i have still not received the bills. Every time i contact them new executive come online and give their false commitment.
