[Resolved]  Mobile Number Portability — INVALID MNP REJECTION BY IDEA CELLULAR

Dear Sir,



This is to highlight that we are using services from Idea Cellular Limited at Handfab A Living & Handfab Exports and we are using their services since last couple of years but we are not satisfied with there services neither do we are getting any solutions to our problems.



So as our right we have decided to port out total 08 nos. of our CUG group from this network operator to our choice operator & we had made the port our request in the second week of Feburary-11 but to our utmost surprise Idea Cellular as our Doner is rejecting our case on the basis of contractual obligation, where as we don't have any type of contract with Idea.



And after rejecting our files now they have started visiting us & trying to retain us by some marketing gimmicks & which we don't want take. And we have updated the same to them as well. They are just buying more time by doing such activities. As Per TRAI Guidelines one can change his operator with his own choice without any pressures & the period of porting out is of 6-7 days then why we are getting harassed by Idea as they are rejecting our port outs.

On behalf of our company Please help us to port out to our choice operator where in we are getting better plans & our choice of services.
