[Resolved]  Mobile Services (Idea Care) — Deducted amount

Dear Sir, Madam

My balance was deducted of Rs.20/- on 24/03/2012 for dialer Tone,, without activate the said services,
That time ignore it, and I had recharged on 05/04/2012 of Rs.20/- and getting 16.03 balance, but today suddenly, my 10 Rupees was deducted. I really surprised that Rs.10/- was deducted for redio mirchi charges, I am not activate both services, but balance was deducted,,,

My mobile no is [protected], I want both amount reserves to my account.
