Mobile world — Order a Blackberry Phone

My name Sudarshan M from India and my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

I have placed a order for a Blackberry 9860 long back in February 2012. The person who talked to me through mails and over phone was Josh Mill from a company called Mobile World. I talked to him and finalized on amount and asked me to transfer the money thru Western Union and i said I can't do that. They do not have a official site to place orders and so all the talks happen thru mail and phone. He sent me the details of the bank of his Indian partner and asked me to transfer the amount. I did transfer the amount of Rs 20,000 on 3rd March from my CITI bank to his partner ICICI bank.

I waited for a week and later asked him what happened, why I still did not receive the phone set? He said the package has been caught by some airport authorities because of more items packaged then they described. He asked for more money and I rejected to send any more money and asked him to send my money back. He promised me that he will send the money back in a week time and till now nothing happened and now he stopped responding to my mails and not picking his phone.

I believe this guy because he is not Indian and not from India too and had send me the details of the company and the certificates too. I never thought people from UK and USA will also cheat online like most Indians do (feel very sorry to say this being on Indian). The name full details of the person and company are:
