Respected Sir, I am Shaji Mathew and I live in Idukki. I am very much disturbed by a visa agent called Muhammed Rafi, M D of Al-Fahad tours and Travels, located in Palakkad, which is a registered one. (Reg No: 3246/KER/PER/1000/2/3/4/5301/99). It was told me that he is going to issue a visa to Canada within four to six months he asked me to pay 1 lakh rupees. I handed over this money, for they have government registration. Now it is almost 22 months and I did not get any visa or my money back. The same way my brother also gave 50,000/- on 29th January 2009. After six months I contacted the agency and conveyed the message that I need the visa or the money. They never accepted anything but always threaten me on phone. On the month of May 2010, I went with my friend Antony who is from Ernakulam, and they tried to harm us physically and told us that they are not going to pay the money. After that I contacted The ‘Communist Party’ but Muhammed Rafi went into hide. They always assured me that they are going to pay me, but never happened. Now I am very sure that they are not going to pay me any money. I did get my Passport back but still they are holding my old Passport. I am not the only one who was trapped; I came to know that many were trapped by this agency. Though Muhammed Rafi went into safe place, his office is still working and continuing their cheating. Rafi is a kallan. My friend's brother was also cheated by him. his staff Biju, Devan are kallanmar. We his neighbors are ashamed of this kallan. if there is an opportunity of 5 employees, he will select 500 candidates and take money from them. That is his trick. do not worry. I handed over this money, for they have government registration. Now it is almost 6 months and I did not get any visa or my money back.if there is an opportunity of 5 employees, he will select 500 candidates and take money from them. and after 6 months most candidate will ask money refund, but 5000 is cancellation fees applicable, That is his trick very fraud and not human being person.. Please aware.plz got to compliant to Higher authoritative or court petition or to President of India.

Sir, I made a complaint against Al-Fahad Tours and Travel, Palakkad because of the fake visa and the money he accepted from me. As I mention to you on 08/11/2010, I got my money back(one lac)rupees and I would prefer to withdraw my complaint. On 9th of this month they paid my brothers money as well (50, 000/-) with a DD dated on 23/09/2010. it was in front of the C I of Police, Palakkad North. So I have no further complaints regards to them. They yet did not give my old passport and said that they will post it tomorrow. So please I request you to erase my complaint from your site and thanks for the help I got from you.
Hi I Mr. Vipin from palakkad. I am also be an another person cheated by Mr. Mohammed Rafi, Al-Fahad Tours and Travels palakkad on 2004. He is a number one fraud in this industry. I just lost my brother carrier for 2 years is because of his fake offers and i lost my money of rs. 1, 00, 000.00 for 2 years. But at last i got it from him. Devadas, Helper of Rafi.Rafi now in Cochin and operate business in Palakkad.
In the sit of Ministry of Overses Affairs it is written that he has been given the licence untill 2013. when we call the number [protected], their answer is like the government cancelled the licence. I think someone has a link between him and 'MOIA'. He with the help of Biju the making a lot of money from the innocent people.
