Dear Sir, Subject : Complaint regarding Un-Authorized construction and operation of Hotel from residential area. This letter should be treated as my most urgent request to undo the mistakes which has been done by few individual for their personal benefits while ignoring and insulting the law full rights of other citizens and the people living in the area. I would like to bring to your kind attention that the Hotel The Daanish Residency situated at 12a/19, W.E.A Saraswati Marg, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005 is operating from last 2 years or in other words flauting the norms/law instead of various notices and legal notices sent by your esteemed office. This hotel is owned by Mr. Anil Bajaj R/o 7/1 & 7/2 east patel nagar, new delhi. I would like to bring the following important facts to your kind consideration. Application of license to operate hotel filed at licensing authority office has been rejected & to seal the premises order has issued. It is a residential area and under no circumstances hotel can/shall be operated from this area. When the hotel project was started it was told to neighbors that residential floors are being constructed but through halfway make, when it became clear that a hotel was being constructed & people in colony objected. As a result the construction was stopped for 2 months. But after that a settlement was reached with MCD and construction work again started. If you will check with the local police station you can easily find that every day there are drunk in fighting cases are reported due to the guests/clients coming to this hotel and fighting with local residents over parking problems with local residents. The hotel is now run by active conveyance of local police which is taking a big amount to let this hotel on monthly basis. I am keeping this very straight and clear to know the following point from your esteemed office before taking this matter at the higher level and through Media and RTI process. 1. When your office has given the instruction for the seal of this hotel then why/how this hotel is still not sealed? 2. Who is the person concerned incharged /appointed to seal this hotel? 3. The owner Mr. Anil Bajaj is under impression that since he has managed his house (7/1 & 7/2 east patel nagar, new delhi.) which is already under MCD hammer, he can easily manage his hotel also. 4. If I don’t get any response within in stipulated time I will be forced to approach you through RTI application and reveal my identity. I must add here that when the entire nation is standing against the corruption and MCD has always advocated for the transparency then I expect the earliest action from your office as per the law of the land. I am a law abiding citizen and seek the redressal of my complaint at the earliest because only this will put back my faith in MCD that it is an organization which values the law at the peak of its moral and day to day functioning. Dear sir,
I am captain harbahajan Singh retired from the army, and resident of dashmesh nagar house no.1008 .On behalf of residents of dashmesh nagar, street no.6 tarn taran road opp bibi kaulan ji public school, Amritsar 143001, we did complaint to many places about this matter, no action is taken on this hotel. Even we have complained in person by submitting hard copy of complaint to the corporation of Amritsar, with all society's sign, whose diary number is 9671/CC. We have already submitted RTI against this hotel at least 3 months, whose diary number is RTI 2551/[protected]. We also sent letter to (Old CM of Punjab, Home secretory of Punjab Chandigarh, DGP Punjab Chandigarh, Human Rights commission Punjab Chandigarh, ADGP Crime Punjab Chandigarh, Commissioner of police Amritsar and Chief justices Punjab and harayana high court). by the speed post, whose receipt is also attached in this email. After all these, we haven't got any information about it yet. We have also mentioned again 1st Appeal of RTI in corporation of Amritsar's office on[protected]. We don't know why corporation is not taking any action on this hotel. So now we are complaining you again about people who are running a hotel and banquet in residency area. In my perspective I don't think they even have permission or some kind of license to run this hotel. Nor the map is passed by government, in other words it is not legal. Moreover running a hotel in residency area is not a very good idea as families with children lives here because it allows many young girls and boys to have a room in the hotel too who are not even 18, it definitely make wrong impact on other children of locality. The photograph of board is attached, which is placed on the entrance of the government street advertising their hotel and banquet hall. Many small and big parties take place in banquet hall, followed by loud music thus disturbing whole locality. Moreover whole traffic of street is jammed because of the vehicles of their customers. I want authorities to take strict action against Hotel Chahal Residency and remove the banner and iron angle which are hindrance to society's path to enter street at the entrance. Whole locality would be highly obliged. Please find the attached photo of illegall board as aproof. I would also like to inform you that, my (son kuldeep singh age 43) worked at shipping company for at least 20 years abroad, (son ramharjinder singh age 38) army retired, (grand son gurjot singh age 15) a student and (dauther in law - baljit kaur age 42)a house wife, They were all injured by the owner and his sons. We have does FIR on them FIR number is 170/2021.They threatened whole society with the guns, because they have different types of ammunitions. We request you please cancel their gun's license for the safety of the residents. One more thing about police, some of police men also are supporting them and trying to save them i don't know why. They are very dangerous people, They could attack with third person also on us or society's people. So it’s a humble to request you, please remove this hotel from our society and take strict action keeping in mind past happenings and actions of the owner and his sons.

i injured 15 days in hospital my bike also damaged why beacuse the contractor not following safty rules doing road divider works(no red ribbans, no work in progress boards, no safty cones, nothing....) at bachupally road Near Dr,Reddys plant. towards miyapur crossroad to gandi misamma road.
