moil ipo — refund
i have applied 255 shares for moil wide application no.3 2770670, but till date i ahve not receive refund order. Dear Sir / Madam,
Please find below the mail which was sent both to the registrar (Karvy) and the company (MOIL) regarding delay in refund of IPO application amount. I have also quoted the SEBI rule for time limit for refund, which has been mentioned in their offer document too. There has been no response to my mail, and no refund also till now. Is this not violating the regulations and harassing of retail investors? Request you to kindly take action.

This is with reference to the application I had made for the MOIL IPO (application no.[protected]. I applied for 527 shares and was allotted 17 shares. But I have still not received the refund in my account, the details of which are as follows:

According to SEBI rules, and also as per the Offer document filed by MOIL, the refund is supposed to happen latest within 12 days from close of issue ie. Dec 1, 2010. I wish to know the reason for the delay and what interest is going to paid for the days delayed. Also, please complete the refund at the earliest.
