[Resolved]  Monginis !!! — Spoiled a birthday party and unapolegetic !!

It is my mothers birthday today.Last evening my sister bought an eggless chocolale brownie cake for Rs 220 from monginis shop situated in mulund in sarvodaya nagar.

To my surprise when we opened the box at 12 pm last night, there were three pastries instead !!

Today when i went to the particular shop to return the pastries and get my cake,they say (a particular employee called anil)tha t they gave what we asked for ...pastries worth Rs 93 !! Incidentally my sister had nat taken a bill (thought no need).She paid rs 220 for the cake.

I returned the pastries...without getting the cake or refund.


Such a goo[censored]p by a cake shop and being so rude ...i would never like to deal/buy from monginis again.

Lot of other better brands available !
