[Resolved]  Monginis — Failure of delivery

We had booked a 3 kg cake for my daughter's first birthday which was on 20th March from Monginis, Thane (W) Naupada franchaise.
The booking was done a week in advance and we had confirmed with them that they would deliver though it was a festival day "holi".
Advance amount was payed for the booking.
To our surprise, when we went to pick up the delivery on 20th march at the specified time, we were told in a very casual manner that the company's factory was closed due to which the delivery could not be done.
There was no effort from the side of Monginis to inform us in advance of this issue though our contact number was available with them. Also the casual and arrogant attitude of the staff was shocking.
When we left a message for the owner Mr. Jai to call us back regarding the matter (since he was away at the time of delivery), he did not bother to get back to us.
