Monthly Pension — delay in family pension

I had applied for family pension through Empire Industries Ltd the employer of my wife Vijayalakshmi Rajan ( deceased on 11/6/2009) , on 25/10/1952. the Ref is MH/BAN/516/6404.
Form 10 D alongwith all annexures have been sent. I understand through a telephonic communication that the pension has been sanctioned . But the pension is yet to be conveyed and credited to my account.
