Monthly Pension — Not Received

A/C No.[protected] CR No.[protected] Monthly Pension Not Received since January 2012.

I have not received my monthly pension since the month of January 2012 against my above mentioned account.

In this regards, I have personally handed over my Life Certificate of Axis Bank on 9th April 2012, but till date I have not received the payment.

Please look into this matter and arrange to send my monthly pension since the month of January 2012.
