Morphy Richards — Product purchased on 26.7.12 and request made on same day for home demo but till date no body came in spite of several calls

I purcghased a 30 ltrs concave Microwave of Morphy Richards on 26.6.12. I made a request for deom at my home and it was told that within 48 hrs the representatie will come to my home but till today (4.7.12) no body came for Demo. I have made several calls but in vain. Every time they assure to send but.......?

Please help
