[Resolved]  Morphy Richards — Unable to get replaced product

I bought Morphy Richards SteamPro 1300 W Handheld Garment Steamer on 1st November 2022 from Amazon.

After 15 days of delivery it stopped working. i used it only once and now it stopped working.

I tried to connect with the customer support on the number mentioned in the manual but it always went on busy.
Then I called Bajaj service centre and filed my complaint, they send a technician and he took my product to the service centre to repair after several attempts they said it's a damaged product and we can't repair.
On 28 February 2023 they said we will replace it with the same product and since then I am waiting for my replace product. And now they are saying they don't have this product so I need to select any other product from Bajaj.
This is so disappointing, I needed only that product that's why I paid at the first place and Bajaj don't even have any handheld steamer.
Since November 2022 my product is only in service centre, did I pay for that?
And if they don't have same product available then just return my money.
