YES FRIENDS, i too have the bad experience with that f--kers, i gave my w270 mobile for service(speaker not working), on 16.3.2009 and i get it back on 21.5.2009, that lady who i sitting in front office told that we will service ur mobile within one week, after a week i went there, they said they has sent the mobile to chennai and it will come after 20 days, i went again after 20 days that said, we told that 20 working days, i called them back after that 20 working day, they said still not came from chennai, i got fedup and went on 2.5.2009, they stated same ...and finally got it on 21.5.2009.while check the mobile speaker is ok, but my phones gets switched off, when i close the mobile, i asked them why i is happening, they said sir u have given the mobile as ur speaker is not working, and now it is working take ur mobile and go...How great they were, and they charge me 850 RS for their great [censored]ING JOB ...
Dont buy motorolla cell phones who are staying in coimbatore because of their poor service...
for lakhs of people they having only one office, two enginners and one office girl...
