[Resolved] Motorola — mobile not working | |
sir I am having a motorola mobile W-230 which i purchased on 21st feb-2008. just after one month this phone started malfunctioning . IMIE no. of phone is - [protected]. I gave this phone in your service centre in Hisar ( Haryana ) .The serial no. of complaint list is - 463 and work order no. is - 08/00180 . from the last two months this phone is lying on your service center . They are saying that they have sent the mobile in the company but still the results are unsatisfactory. I am facing a lot of problems and if you are not able to solve my problem then what is the use of service centre? Plz rectify the problem as soon as possible and i[censored] can't solve the problem change this phone with a new one otherwise i 'll take some legal action against the company in consumer court Was this information helpful? | |

I have motorola L9 molile phone and purchasing date is 19/4/2008, it has some problem from last 2 month. Problem is that phone is showing no sim and insert sim, i have given it to the motorola services centre at Rajinder nagar in January and (complaint no is[protected], and responseble Person Ms Moushmi used to say every time that will delivere my mobile within 2 days and 3 days but not answering the queries and also not picking up the phone Phonne no is[protected]
Your services centre is failing in repairing my phone and delivering it. all the neccessary document has given at the services centre.
Kindly take the neccessary action and revert back.
