My Motorola XT 311 got spoilt in less than a month of purchase.I asked the person incharge at the service centre for a replacement of the phone.I was denied replacement as they said replacement can take place only within 7 days . I gave it for repairs on the 23rd of May 2012 at Borivali,mumbai service centre.They told me it would take 8 days to cahnge the board and software of the phone.it's been 2 weeks and they aren't picking the call and when they do so they say it'll take more time but not telling me the exact date.I am fedup of trying to call them and ask about my phone.I've been disappointed with the service . I'm without a phone for almost a month now.First of all i should have got a replacement, how can a phone get spoilt within a month, that means i was sold a default peice. I hope you take some action.please let me know what to do and whom I should approach.I;m not getting a proper response.It's within warranty period.
