Motorola Fire Xt — Touch Problem

Hi, I had a Motorola Fire XT phone.I was experiencing some problems in my phone with touch . I gave the phone to Motorola Service Centre situated in Nirman Vihar for just solving the problems on 22th Aug 2012. At that time I was told that i will get my phone back in maximum 7 to 10 working days. But its been 24 days now, Still they are saying that its not fine.
