Motorola Fire Xt311 — Defective battery didn't replaced (complaint registered) | |||
I registered a complaint with Motorola Service center ,Calicut with the reference number zc/mo/11/00038 on 9th nov 2011. Its being about two months that i have registered the complaint and waiting for the replacement to receive. Once i got a battery for replacement which one was not compatible with my phone MOTOROLA FIREXT311.Then they told me that the battery will be available only when the stock is available. Motorola — Replace of battery
I had bought a motorola w218 phone in nov.2008! Bt after few days i got the problem of short life of battery.I contact the service center they said it has to replaced bt till now abt two months past there is no response . Now im considerinfg it as judcial case! pls contace me as early as possible.Sunil Sharma
