[Resolved] Motorola Handset Motorokr E 8 Std — New Mobile Set screwed in 1 month | |
Dear Sir This is to inform you that i have purchased Motorola Motorokr E8 on 28th of September , but within 15 days it is troubling me like anything, the Problem is software , and phone got automated switched off, i have handed over the phone to the Motorola care on 31st October with the assurance of getting the case resolved by 18th November, i had asked for the change of Handset since the set is only 1 months of Purchase, but despite of that they assured me that the case will be resolved up to your expectation by 18th Nov, i got the repaired set inspite of the new one, and the set which i recieved on 19th was patheitic as the Processing time is extremely slow , i feel that i am sitting on a internet ,given a command and waiting for the processor to process on the command, the repaired set is actually worst, since already 20 days taken for the repair and value to communication is invaluable.
