Its very duscusting to say that your Company authorised repairing service center services process is so worst that I am not getting my Cell phone repaired from past 14 days. Atleast your authorised service center members does not have even sincere and courtesy attitude to call the owner of the cell and inform him the status on the repair progress. If this is your attitude towards your customer, I don't think so your marketing manageement will let your product prosper in the market. Kindly take a look into your marketing processes whether they are in proper functionality in a way so that the customer will appriciate . If you have any realisation towards customer service problems, Kindly improve the services you provide to the customer. My cell no [protected].

i hv a handset MOtorokr but it is not working some s/w problem and i went to your's gwalior service station . they behave very rudely specially a girl on reception counter . i see the enviorment over there they took bribe from customer whose handset's are in warranty . they declare the handset out of warranty by any hrook and crook . i previously also have a bad experince with your's gwalior service station situated at DHARUL HABHIB complex. staff is all time mingle in other activities . kindly do something.

I purchased Motorola Mobile L2 model on[protected]. Its signal tower disappeared after 20 days of purchase hence it was surrendered to Authorized Service Centre of Motorola i.e. M/s WRIGHT SOLUTIONS at Nehru Nagar, Bhilai on[protected]. They recommended for the replacement of the mobile, but till date no new set was delivered to me. Also, the service centre is unable to provide probable date of replacement.

I have a Moto L7 handset. I had paid 7800/- for that. Believe it or not, it automatically takes a restart when some important call comes. My worst experience has always been with conference calls in my office. Suddenly i use to get disconnected. When checked with moto service center, i got a reply that its due to some moisture inside the phone that's stopping the phone from normal functioning. I am terrified with the answer !!!!! The phone is absolutely new and it was purchased in summer and i have taken very good care of it. My sincere advice to all of you is just keep motorola phones as away as possible.... !!!!
I bought a motorola C-168 phone and the display is poor and hazy when compared to phones of the same category. whenever a call is made the person on the other side is not able to hear it clearly. After about 6 months of purchase the the charging section of the handset was damaged. And now the phone gets switched off whenever a call is made. The service centers deal in kolkata it with exceptional misbehavior. If this is what MOTOROLA has to offer. Its was a total messy and wrong decision to go for the brand. And I would suggest people never to buy any phone of this brand...

It's not the motorola yaaar i feel every customer service is like that only,,,,,,
Forget about Indian companies atleast MNC's should Directly have their own CS ,means There should be their own employees .Usually these CS they will give to third party and this guys makes the situation very horrible and worst,,
Let they take time to do things but they should be prompt to the deliveries,because we get hardly free time and we will be loosing that time in these things..
Only God should save us in this issues.

Poor Customer care service and poor motorola website. All the numbers given for the service centres in motorola official website for india does not work. Worst website that I have ever seen. Vowed never to buy motorola again and discourage friends too.

i brought c2905(Huawei) on 31/05/08, from day one my mobile is not working properly( problem with speaker) . I gave set on 31/05/08 after many follow up today i got it back and they said now its working they closed the office due to some server problem and said test it at home and bring it back on monday if you have any problem.

Motorola India — Faulty handset - w209
I have purchase a mobile set model no w209 in the last year nov.Since from date of Purchase the set has some problem.Thrice it has been sent to service centre and once to chennai for repair.Again the problem has been developed and been given for repair to service centre.
I had written so many email to company but they are ir-responsievto my complain..
Hence please do not prefer to buy MOTO they are very bad in service.There are many customer in my town Jamshedpur haviing the problem with moto set.
Go for any brand but not for MOto..
I had purchased a new Motorola Motorazor, simless handset for existing TATAIndicom connection. It was doomsday from day one as 99% of time, phone is not working and I am fed up by dialling help line numbers 121, [protected], [protected] etc., with no resolution forthcoming, a complaint lodged with Nodal officer has also met same fate - no resolution. Each one in TATAindicom is proficient in passing the buck to another and as a end user you feel like a Jackass.
I am finally repenting the day I choose TATA product.

dear sir,i can'nt receving the sms last 2 days & not connect the custumer, & not show the my pool 1 balance last 22days, pls solve my problem imideatly, otherwise I complaint the GM of company, & send the mail of GM, mamager & director.
I have brought motorola w270 from mobile store, galaxy world, urban estate, ambala city on 07/08/2008. Now the flap of this handset is working improperly ( It is not properly moving, it had stiffined a bit ) then i went to my nearest customer care center but they refused to repair it as they say this problem is not under warranty. They are saying some lock is damagaed from inside but it is manufacturing fault so how can they refuse it . THEY JUST HAVE VERY POOR EXCUSES .
