myself shashi.i am just fed up by this Motorola company.it was the biggest mistake of my life to buy my L7.I gave it to Motorola CCS Centre for its service as nothing wrong with my cell but for my satisfaction.it was gone through every check in by executive.then he suddenly opened it up..i just dont have an idea what he did but as he handed over to me it was nothing but a piece of scrap..it was in warranty period..he started making excuses..he kept the set with him and told me to come after a week..when i went to him a week after excuses were same..we dont have spare parts..we already sent a requuest 4 parts..its more than 2 months now but result is same..no listening at all..it was an acute mental torture for me as i am a middle class man.5900 rs set is a big deal to me..please i beg to the higher authorities to take an appropriate step as soon as possible as i cant bear any more of it..please sir..it is surely to be a worst part on your company..your service is a hell to me.i dont want to be remain in that any more its IMEI NO is [protected].OB NO.3874 I belongs to Sonipat Was this information helpful? | |

YOUR SREVICE CENTER NEED TO HAVE SOME PROFESSIOAL TECH.OVER THERE.THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE MY CELL PHONE I NGUD CONDITION I agree. I have personally requested for a keypad of my L7 motorola mobile at UCOM cochin two weeks back. Awaiting for the stock, still no response from them and no stock of spares received as yet. Totally poor customer service at Motorola end.

I have a motorola L7 hand set, purches from my nearest town Sambalpur the delar is Asetic Gallery in front of PS. But now i can't search a moto care center in sambalpur, weather i have spend lots of money in search of it. Because of problem in my camera, very slow proses in operating since last two years. In bhubaneswar ashok ... area's a service center of moto given to repair but he only Update the softwear & taken Rs400/- from me. i asked him for cemare repair or new but he saidthat he don't know weather cemara was working or not & you have to chang a mother bord which may cost Rs.4000/-. Now i want to know that, a multi national company give's like this service & the govt is not taking action againest him. I want quick service to repair my Phone/handset , boz i love this phone. I had given my motorola l7 handset at[protected] and they told that they would repair withinh 10 days.Not not yet i have got my phone back.I gave my phone to motorola authorised service(UCOM TECHNOLOGIES) located at Ernakulam at kerala.This is ridiclous
