[Resolved]  Motorola Rokr E6 Black Mobile — Warranty

Dear Sir,
We had purchashed one Motorola ROKR E6 Black Mobile on 27/10/2007 with one year warranty. The details of the invoice is as follows:
Shop : HOTSPOTS RETAILS PVT. LTD., Ground floor, Sanmukh Plaza,
Ramnagar, Alambagh, Lucknow (UP).

Consumer ID : [protected]
Item : SA3518A, Motorola ROKR E6 Black
Amount : Rs. 11, 100/-
Compaint : Now its touch screen is not working. We sent it to the service centre of Motorola
in Lucknow for repairs, they told that it will not be covered in warranty because it
is a physical damage. we told them that please give us in writing but they are not
ready to give in writing that it is a physical damage. According to us it is not a
physical damage because all the calls we can receive, all the buttons on mobile
are working fine except its touch screen. No physical breakrage or damage is
there on the mobile.
Please see into the matter. We will be highly obliged.

Motorola/Motorokr E6 — Regarding services under warranty

Motorola mobile (Motorokr E6)

Dear Sir,
I am severly displeased while lodging compaint regarding the service provided by Motorola Service center .
Firstly I had a problem o[censored]SB connection and of being hanged in Motorokr E 6 mobile.I was called after 3 days.But they told that board is not available and asked to come after three days.Amidst I had talked to customer care of motorola, and when I went after 7 days they changed the board.But new problem arose after changing the board of call drop, phone switch off and charging problem .Again they called to me to change the board and changed after 3 days .Now aforesaid problem resolved but new problem has been found again .Now problem is that card reader are not able to read the memory card and Ear phone socket is not working also .
Now I am very much disappointed by repeatedly going to service center as well as service of mobile . In my hectic office schedule how it could be possible to visit repeatedly.My work is getting effecting heavily.
I have dispaired so much from their service, so I request you to have a look on my problem and guide me through the same.

Motorola/Motorokr E6 — it doesn't get switched on nor does it get charged.

m using mtorokr E6 since 3 months.n m having some problems like it does not get charge nor it gets switch on.
my comment is that my phone has been lock plz give me the Session. How will be opened the phone lock.

Motorola — Worst service

MOTO E Device submitted on 29/4/2015 till now its not get repaired, very much irritating response from service center as well as customer care. its really sucking service center. No customer benefit . Frustation at high level now.

Motorola — spare parts

i had given my cell phone in repair on 21th april at surat moto service center, still i havent got my cell phone back as per the discussion they are telling that spare parts are not available. please let me know when i will get it back
