[Resolved]  Mphasis An EDS Company Vartika Aarya And Satpal Singh — vartika aarya and satpal singh getting personal

Hi would like to discuss about the Mphasis how unprofessional they are.
one of my friend working with Mphasis who is been asked to sit home for no reason, he is so depressed that he do not want to discuss with any one, he is blamed that he was drunk in his working hours.
The fact is he was doing 7.30 pm shift in the month of November for that weak it was friday,and he was forced to come to office to do 3.00 pm shift by his SDM-vartika aarya, his manager –satpal singh , he do came that day for 3.00 pm shift later he was feeling sleepy so he asked his manager (satpal singh) whether he can go home as he is feeling sleepy still he was forced to work that day ,unfortunately he slept while taking calls, his manager saw him sleeping still he was forced to take calls as there was a requirement and that day no action was taken against him. process do work on Saturday and Sunday ,but he had an off and no action was taken on those days as well, Monday he was working no action was taken against him, Tuesday when he came to office, he started with his day and suddenly his SDM vartika aarya,manager satpal singh came to him blaming he was drunk on Friday they took away his I-card and asked him to leave, he continually tried to get in touch with vartika and satpal to check what’s happening where no help was provided, they want that person to commit that he was drunk .
No I would like to ask vartika and satpal why he was not taken for a medical checkup that day, why no action was not taken against him for almost 3days, as mphasis follow a policy that if they have a requirement they can change the shift of employee in a weak but with a variance of 1hour only, why he was asked to come 4.30hours early to office, why is was not asked to go home when he said that he is feeling sleepy.
Why????????????????????
He is not paid for last 2months will mphasis; they have not relived him as they are still investigating the matter do it takes so long.
He is so depressed that he does not want to discuss this with any one, as he has left no trust in his orgnisation, SDM (vartika), Manager (satpal) who is responsible???????????//

Hear I have a question for vartika and satpal why they are playing with an innocent persons carrier, can you guys release..
