[Resolved]  Mphasis An HP Company — Final settlement not done after 2 months of resignation

Mphasis — No reply

I lost my passport in delhi.In order to enquire about the procedure and details for duplicate passport
i write a mail on given email address.but i couldn't get any response.
I also tried to call them on all possible numbers provided by them on Website.Nobody attended the call.

I think you are not the only person...Mphasis HR department is doing these cheap things with many employees...my so many friend who resigned from mphasis and not done any payment what payout department claimed, they got no service certificate. So I suggest you what ever HR team or Payout department is saying do those, don't think this is wrong ...first think only about your future.

pls give my salary of training periof pls as sooon as possible and i have resign the company. on 28/3/2010 so pls send my salary

Same with me too.I left on March and its 6months i did not get expereince letter or the F&F docs.I dont know what these HRs do.Is Mr.Ganesh Iyer listening?

They are doing all these cheap things with many of the x-employs. I heard the same from many of my friends. And I am also facing this problem. Even they are not responding properly. I don't know what type of benefit they are getting. They should understand that they can not do more than this and indirectly they are killing company growth. It won’t take a much time to get a bad name. These cheap things are not good for the company. One day company will struggle to hire good resource.

I can suggest you one thing. Some good peoples also working there. Not all the peoples doing these cheap things. You keep on try to call hrhelpdesk number. You will get connected to one good person. He may help you. But this is not the solution to the company.

Final Re-settlement not done after 6 months of resignation

I (Sunny Ranjan Emp ID 2142987) used to work in MphasiS till 24th Jun 2010.
Till date (3th Jan 2011) my final settlement was not done and my service certificate is not given.

If i need to pay something (legally) to company, they can inform. But they are unnecessarily holding my things and troubling me a lot. When i resigned i was given with a email id [protected]@mphasis.com and its phone number 40275858 which is not at all useful. I had sent many mails and called many times. Still my issue is not resolved.

Could you help me on this.

I have to agree. A lot of politics going on. Upper management expects engineers to become sales people and get accounts or expand on existing accounts. The performance review are a joke. No matter how hard a person tries, management still says either meets expectations or needs improvement.
Only inner circles are able to move up the ladder. Too much corruption. Very rude HR dept. especially in U.S.A.

My friend got selected for Mphasis on 06-03-12 with the joining date was intimated as Sept'2012 . Bt till date there was no response from Mphasis side related to DOJ or anything .
